♦ Only offered at my discretion

2. Session Logistics
Confirmation & Rescheduling Policy
♦ Session Time & Location must be agreed upon in advance
♦ Session must be confirmed 1~2 hours prior to Session start
♦ If confirmation is not received, I reserve the right to cancel

Travel & Location Policy
♦ Travel is calculated from Eagle's Nest, Zionsville, IN
♦ Locations requiring 10+ miles one-way travel may incur a fee

Lateness Policy
♦ If the Client is late, session duration is accordingly shortened
♦ If I (the Photographer) am late, time is extended or credited

♦ I do not provide outfits, makeup, or props unless noted
♦ Sessions will always begin with introductions
♦ Shooting time is estimated at half of the session time****

3. Session Payment
Payment Policy
♦ Full payment is accepted via Cash or Zelle at Session start

♦ Travel Fee may apply for travel beyond 10 miles one way

Refund & Credit Policy

4. Images & Usage
Image Format

♦ RAW files are not provided except if technical issues arise*

♦ All edits are performed in my personal photographic style
♦ Specific style requests are considered but not guaranteed
♦ Standard editing includes brightness and color adjustments

Image Delivery
♦ Delivery typically occurs within 1–2 weeks of the session

5. Privacy Policy
Image Sharing Policy
♦ All sessions and produced images are private* by default
♦ I will not publish any images without clients' explicit consent**
♦ I may request permission to share images from a session***
♦ With any sharing request, I will ask for a model release
♦ A private release authorizes sharing with others in private
♦ A public release authorizes public sharing, e.g. Social Media
Data Security Policy
♦ All image data is encrypted and stored on private systems
♦ Private cloud services are used for delivery and backup
♦ Download links and galleries are access-controlled
♦ All collected personal information is solefor record-keeping
Exceptions & Portfolio Sessions
♦ Free Sessions or Portfolio Sessions may innately be shared
♦ I reserve the right to publish images without further consent
♦ As a courtesy, I may still inform you before sharing***
